RETURN-REFUND POLICY

The products are non-refundable unless they are broken or damaged. If received in such a state, you can return it in exchange of another product that may not necessarily be of same category. 

The product you want to return shall be done in the same condition as you received it and in the original packing. Please keep the receipt of the purchase. 

Wegrow Naturally reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen factors. If the order is cancelled by us, we shall initiate a refund within 7 working days.
